Establishment History:
- In September 2002, the predecessor of An Phat Xanh Plastic Joint Stock Company, Anh Hai Duy Company Limited, was established by two members contributing capital with a charter capital of 500 million VND.
- In March 2007, the Board of Members of Anh Hai Duy Co., Ltd. agreed on a plan to convert the Company into An Phat Plastic and Packaging Joint Stock Company (now An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company), with a charter capital of 30 billion VND.
- An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company (Foreign name is An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company, abbreviated as An Phat.; JSC) was established with an initial charter capital of 30 billion according to the first business registration license issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong Province on March 9, 2007.
- In July 2010, the Company officially listed its shares on the Hanoi Stock Exchange, stock code is AAA.
- In October 2010, the Company's CaCo3 factory officially came into operation, with an average output of 450 tons of products/month. In 2011, the Company continued to invest in production line No. 2, increasing the factory's capacity to 10,000 tons of products/year, and at the same time promoting permission to exploit stone as raw materials for production at Mong Son quarry, Yen Bai province.
- In August 2011 An Phat's expanded factory No. 2 went into operation, increasing the capacity of factory 2 to 1,500 tons of products/month.
- In December 2013, Factory No. 5 (Factory 1 expanded according to the 2012 issuance application) was completed and is in the testing phase. All products of the factory will be exported to Japan.
- In June 2016, Factory 6 will begin operating phase 1. Factory No. 6 is invested with a total cost of 500.6 billion VND. The factory is invested with a designed capacity of 37,000 tons of products/year and specializes in producing high-end products for the Japanese market.
- In 2017, Factory No. 7 specializes in producing new products typical of the US market such as draw-tape and draw-string bags with a design capacity of 9,600 tons of products/year
- In November 2016, AAA decided to change its exchange, officially listing nearly 52 million shares on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HSX)
- In 2017, AAA contributed investment capital to establish An Phat Plastic Complex Joint Stock Company, now renamed An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park LLC at An Phat Complex Industrial Park (formerly known as Kenmart - Viet Hoa Industrial Park)
- In October 2018, the AAA Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approved a plan to issue 400 billion bonds with warrants.
- In April 2019, An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company officially changed its name to An Phat Green Plastic Joint Stock Company.
