Mekongfish is an enterprise operating in the field of trading, processing and exporting agricultural and aquatic products in the Mekong Delta region - an area with strengths in farming and trading agricultural and aquatic products in the country today.
The company was established under Decision No. 592/QD-CT.UB and business registration license No. 5703000016 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Can Tho province on February 28, 2002, registered for the 5th change on January 3, 2008.
On September 24, 2009, the company's shares were listed and traded for the first time at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange with the stock code AAM and the number of listed shares was 8,100,000 shares according to Notice No. 542/TB-SGDHCM dated September 17, 2009.
On December 21, 2009, the listed company added 3,239,864 shares from issuing 30% bonus shares and paying 10% stock dividends according to Notice No. 760/TB-SGDHCM dated December 14, 2009.
