Establishment History:
Tien Son Thanh Hoa Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Tien Son Thanh Hoa Company Limited, was established on July 22, 1995. Initially, the Company's charter capital was only 550 million and 10 employees with small production and business activities such as: Purchasing dredged cement, scrap iron and steel, waste plastic and producing block bricks for consumption in Bim Son town, Thanh Hoa province, with revenue of several years. Investment 70 million VND/year, payment to the state budget 1.5 million VND/year.
Year 2000: The company built a workshop for cutting, marking and binding school books, attracting 20 more workers. Buying means of transport, expanding the field of transport services and loading and unloading goods, the market expands nationwide, the number of employees increases to 55 people.
In 2002: The company invested in facilities, recruited labor, and trained workers to produce handicrafts for export.
June 2004: The factory producing wooden handicrafts for export was completely built, with an investment capital of 15 billion VND, and went into effective operation, reaching 130,000 - 150,000 products per year. The value of exported goods reached 1,000,000 USD/year. Other business lines are also expanding.
In 2006: The company acquired Son Ha Export Garment Factory in Bim Son town, Thanh Hoa from Hanoi 40 Garment Corporation, with an area of 4.5 hectares, initially with only 210 employees, then increased to more than 500 employees.
July 2007: The company invested in Kim Tan export garment factory in Kim Tan town, Thach Thanh district, Thanh Hoa province with an investment capital of 5 billion VND, enough workplaces for more than 200 workers.
Year 2008: Construction of phase II of Son Ha export garment factory in Bim Son town with an investment of 50.2 billion VND, enough workplaces for 1,500 workers.
In 2009: The company continued to invest in Nga Son Export Garment Factory in Nga Son district, Thanh Hoa province, investment capital of 120 billion VND, area of 3.5 hectares, enough working space for 3,000 workers.
In 2010: The company participated in purchasing shares of Viet Thanh Garment Export Company, now Viet Thanh Production - Trade and Investment Joint Stock Company in Thanh Hoa City, currently with two factories with enough work space for 1,200 workers.
In 2011: The company invested in Yen Dinh Export Garment Factory, an area of more than 3.1 hectares, with an investment capital of 120 billion VND, enough workplaces for 3,000 workers.
In 2014: The company invested in building Tho Xuan Export Garment Factory in Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province with an area of 3.8 hectares, investment capital of 150 billion VND, enough working space for 3,000 workers. On March 10, 2014, the Company changed its business form from a limited liability company to a joint stock company, taking the name Tien Son Thanh Hoa Joint Stock Company, with a charter capital of 348 billion VND.
In 2016: The company invested in building Nhu Thanh Export Garment Factory in Nhu Thanh district, Thanh Hoa province with an area of 8.2 hectares, total investment capital of 180 billion VND, enough working space for 3,000 workers.
In 2018: The company continued to invest in building Trieu Son Export Garment Factory in Trieu Son district, Thanh Hoa province with an area of 3.6 hectares, total investment capital of 166 billion VND, enough work space for 3,000 workers.
In 2019: The company is carrying out investment procedures to build the 10th export garment factory in Quy Loc commune, Yen Dinh district, Thanh Hoa province with a total investment capital of 180 billion VND, enough workplaces for 3,000 workers.
For its achievements, the Company was awarded the Third Class Labor Medal in 2008, the Second Class Labor Medal in 2013; Emulation Flag of the Government in 2015, Emulation Flag of the Provincial People's Committee in 2017 + 2018, and many Certificates of Merit from agencies and departments; Mr. Trinh Xuan Lam - Chairman of the Board of Directors was personally awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister in 2007 + 2014; Third-Class Labor Medal in 2009, Second-Class Labor Medal in 2015 and many Certificates of Merit from central agencies and departments and Thanh Hoa province.
