Timeline of Establishment & Development
- VMG Media Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Vietnamnet Media Joint Stock Company, officially came into operation on February 10, 2006 when the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment issued the first Business Registration Certificate with an initial charter capital of 26 billion VND.
- In 2008, the Company changed its name to VMG Communications Joint Stock Company.
- The company has undergone three charter capital increases. To date, the Company's charter capital has reached 203.93 billion VND.
- On April 18, 2014, the Company was granted business registration certificate No. 27/2014/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center with the registered number of 20,393,000 shares
- August 18, 2016, first transaction on UPCoM with reference price of 28,500 VND/share

Capital raising process
The Company's charter capital at the time of establishment was 26 billion VND, equivalent to 2,600,000 shares. The company has gone through 3 rounds of charter capital increase
- Year 2006: Established the Company, with charter capital of 26 billion VND.
- First time: In 2010, charter capital increased to 80 billion VND, through payment of stock dividends; issued to employees.
- 2nd time: In 2011, charter capital increased to 100 billion VND, through issuance to strategic partners; issued to employees.
- 3rd time: In 2012, charter capital increased to 203.93 billion VND, through payment of stock dividends; issued to employees.
