Establishment History:
- Ben Tre Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Frozen Enterprise 22, was established in 1977 by the People's Committee of Ben Tre province, with the direct management level being the Ben Tre Department of Fisheries. After a period of operation, on December 24, 2006, the Company officially traded shares at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange Center with the stock code ABT.
- Ben Tre Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company was established under Decision No. 3423/QD-dated December 1, 2003 of the People's Committee of Ben Tre province on the equitization of the state-owned enterprise, Ben Tre Frozen TSExport Company.
- From December 25, 2006, ABT shares were officially listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange according to Listing License No. 99/UBCK-GPNY dated December 6, 2006 of the State Securities Commission.
- On May 31, 2013, the Company issued 500,000 common shares under the employee option program and increased its charter capital from 136,072,070,000 VND to 141,072,070,000 VND copper.
- On June 24, 2013, Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange issued decision No. 227/2013/QD-SGDHCM approving the Company's listing of 500,000 additional shares. The company has registered additional transactions since July 5, 2013.
