Establishment History:
- Becamex Concrete Joint Stock Company was established from the equitization of Hot Asphalt Concrete Enterprise and Reinforced Concrete Culvert Enterprise under Industrial Investment and Development Company - Becamex IDC according to Decision No. 631/QD-UBND dated March 5, 2008 of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee
- The company officially went into operation on July 1, 2008 according to the business registration certificate No. 4603000552 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Duong province on June 3, 2008 and the Certificate of business registration and tax registration instead 1st amendment No. 3700926112 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Duong province on June 11, 2009 on the addition of business lines
- In 2009, the Company deposited and registered to trade shares on Upcom. First trading day of ACC shares on Upcom: December 22, 2009.
- In 2010, the Company increased its charter capital from 60 billion VND to 100 billion VND according to Decision No. 621/UBCK-GCN dated July 28, 2010 of the State Securities Commission.
- In 2011, the Company listed its shares on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (Hose). First trading day of ACC shares on HOSE: June 30, 2011.
- On May 21, 2012, the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Duong province issued Business Registration Certificate No. 3700926112 (3rd change), adding business lines and company address.
- Year 2014: On May 22, 2014, issued the 4th change on adding business lines and changing the company's headquarters address. On June 2, 2014, the company purchased 4,479,600 BMJ shares, accounting for 74.66% of charter capital and became the parent company of Becamex Minerals Joint Stock Company. On June 28, 2014, the company purchased 65,900 BHCC shares of Binh Duong Irrigation Transport Construction Joint Stock Company, accounting for 10.98% of charter capital. On July 10, 2014, the company purchased an additional 1,245,000 HJC shares from My Phuoc Hospital Joint Stock Company, bringing the total number of shares held to 2,490,000 shares, accounting for 12.45% of charter capital.
- Year 2015: On July 1, 2015, the Company purchased 900,000 shares of An Binh Tile Joint Stock Company, accounting for 60% of charter capital and became the parent company of ABG. Mr. Truong Duc Hung is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Becamex ACC and participates in the Board of Directors of An Binh Stone Tiles Joint Stock Company with the title of Chairman of the Board of Directors
- In November 2017, the Company contributed capital for the second time with a value of 4.5 billion to An Binh Tile Joint Stock Company according to Board Resolution 07/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated August 25, 2017, bringing the total capital contribution to 13.5 billion, accounting for 60% of charter capital.
