Foundation history:
Up to July 27, 2000, An Giang Centrifugal Concrete Enterprise was a member unit under Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation according to Decision No. 43/2000QD-BNL dated July 12, 2000 of the Minister of Industry of Vietnam.
In July 2003, An Giang Centrifugal Concrete Enterprise was converted into An Giang Centrifugal Concrete Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 112/QD-BCN dated July 1, 2003 of the Ministry of Industry under Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation. Business registration license No. 5203000014 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of An Giang province on September 1, 2003.
On November 10, 2009, the Company registered to trade the Company's shares on the UpCoM market with the stock code: ACE Total number of shares registered for trading is 2,300,000 shares, total value of shares registered for trading is 23,000,000,000 VND
Decision on approval of additional transaction registration of shares No. 60/QD-SGDHN dated March 14, 2012 on approval of additional transaction registration of 352,910 shares ACE coupon. The total number of shares registered for trading is 2,652,910 shares, the total value of shares registered for trading is 26,529,100,000 VND.
Decision on approval of additional trading registration of shares No. 573/QD-SGDHN dated September 4, 2015 on approval of additional trading registration of 397,871 shares ACE. The total number of shares registered for trading is 3,050,781 shares, the total value of shares registered for trading is 30,507,810,000 VND.
