- Cuu Long An Giang Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Cuu Long An Giang Seafood Import-Export Company Limited (abbreviated name CL FISH CORP), especially in raising and processing Pangasius/Basa fish
- With 25 years of aquaculture experience from the first days of the pangasius fish farming movement following the industrial model in An Giang in 1986, in 2003 family members established Cuu Long An Giang Seafood Import-Export Company Limited according to the Business Registration Certificate. No. 5202000209 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of An Giang province on May 5, 2003.
- February 2005 Cuu Long An Giang TS Import-Export Co., Ltd. officially went into operation with a charter capital of 22 billion VND.
- April 2007 Cuu Long An Giang Seafood Import-Export Co., Ltd. converted to Cuu Long An Giang Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company.
- On May 2, 2007, Cuu Long An Giang Seafood Import-Export Co., Ltd. officially converted to operate in the form of a joint stock company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 5203000065 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of An Giang Province on April 17, 2007.
- September 2007 The company was officially listed at Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. At the time of conversion Charter capital: 90 billion VND.
- July 2010, the Company issued an additional 2000,000 shares, increasing its charter capital to 110 billion VND.
- In October 2011, the Company issued additional bonus shares to increase its charter capital to 183,996,750,000 VND.
- 03/2012: Merger of Aquatic Food Processing Joint Stock Company into Cuu Long An Giang Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company.
- April 2015 CL-Fish invested in Dong A Seafood Import-Export Co., Ltd., a seafood processing factory with modern machinery and equipment with a capacity of 100 tons of raw materials/day, increasing the processing capacity of the corporation up to 250 tons. nl/day
- In 2015, the aquatic food processing factory increased its capacity by installing additional production machinery to increase the food processing capacity from 50,000 - 10,000 tons/year, expected to increase to 150,000 tons/year in 2016. tons/year
- In 2016, Investment in feed factory line 2 with a capacity of 150 tons of finished products/day, about 56,000 tons of finished products/year, worth about 46 billion VND.
- July 2016: increased company charter capital from 183,996,750,000 VND to 227,996,750,000 VND.
- In 2017, the Company invested in building a new cold storage with jellyfish containing 3,000 tons, total value of about 25 billion dong
- In 2018, 3,000 tons cold storage was put into operation with a total value of over 28 billion VND, the farming area was ASC/BAP certified.
