Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Commercial Construction Joint Stock Company 2 was formerly a State-owned enterprise established on July 28, 1976 by the Ministry of Internal Trade (predecessor of today's Ministry of Industry and Trade);
- On August 11, 2004, the Ministry of Trade issued a decision to Equitize the Company with a charter capital of 20,000,000,000 VND, of which the State holds 30% of the charter capital;
- On October 29, 2004, Commercial Construction Joint Stock Company 2 was granted a Business Registration Certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City and officially operated according to enterprise law;
- In 2008, the State withdrew all capital from the Company and sold it to other shareholders through a public auction and the Company became a Joint Stock Company with no State capital, operating under the Enterprise Law;
- Currently, the Company operates under Business Registration Certificate No. 0300584155 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City for the first time on October 29, 2004, issued for the third time on October 15, 2015, with a charter capital of 40,000,000,000 VND.
