Establishment History:
- An Giang Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company (AGIFISH Co.) was established under Decision No. 792/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister signed on June 28, 2001.
- On September 1, 2001, Agifish Company officially operated in the form of a joint stock company and was licensed to list shares on the Vietnam stock market on March 8, 2002.
- In 2000, Agifish Company was awarded the title "Hero of Labor" by the State and has become one of Vietnam's leading enterprises in the seafood industry.
- Agifish Company is a member of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP), An Giang Association of Aquaculture and Aquaculture (AFA).
- Agifish applies quality management systems throughout the entire production process: HACCP, ISO 9001:2008, Global Standard For Food Safety (BRC), ISO 17025: 2005, ISO 14001:2004. ASC standards for the Company's raw pangasius farming areas.
- Agifish is allowed to export seafood products to the EU market with 4 codes: DL07,DL08, DL09, DL360; HALAL certified for export to the Muslim community at home and abroad.
- In the domestic market, products made from pangasius and basa fish Agifish are "High quality Vietnamese goods" continuously from 2003 to 2013 voted by consumers.
- Agifish is the only enterprise in the seafood industry to be awarded the title "National Brand 2012" (Vietnam Value) continuously in 2008, 2010, 2012.
