Foundation history:

Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Securities Joint Stock Company (Agriseco), formerly known as Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Securities Company Limited, is an independent accounting one-member limited liability company under Vietnam National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, established on December 20, 2000 with initial charter capital of 60 billion VND;
Agriseco conducted equitization starting from January 6, 2009 to January 23, 2009 through auction and issuance at preferential prices to employees.
On July 10, 2009, Agriseco officially operated in the form of a joint stock company (According to Decision No. 108/UBCK-CP of the State Securities Commission licensing the establishment and operation of Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Securities Joint Stock Company) with the number Charter capital is 1,200 billion VND.
October 11-12, 2009: Received Award - Gold Cup "Reputable Securities Brand" 2009 from Vietnam Securities Business Association; received the award "Typical securities company" and "Typical Government Bond bidding member on the stock market" jointly organized by Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) and Investment Newspaper (VIR).
December 10, 2009: Officially registered for listing on the City Stock Exchange. Ho Chi Minh, transaction code AGR.
July 18, 2010: Received Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Finance for contributions to the stock market in 10 years.
August 20, 2010: Charter capital increased to 2,120 billion VND.
September 13, 2010: Received Award - Gold Cup "Reputable Securities Brand" 2010 from Vietnam Securities Business Association;
December 22, 2010: Ranked No. 257/1000 Largest Enterprises Paying Corporate Income Tax in Vietnam and received a medal from the program Announcement Ceremony of 1000 Largest Enterprises Paying Corporate Income Tax in Vietnam.
March 2, 2011: Certificate of Merit from Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on behalf of Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Securities Joint Stock Company for its many achievements in building and developing the stock market in the period 2000-2010, contributing to building and protecting socialism and protecting the Fatherland.
10/2011: Vietnamese Gold Star: Agriseco is in the top 200 and is the only securities company to win the award.
