Establishment History
- January 2008: Vinas A Luoi Mineral Joint Stock Company (ALV.,JSC) was established under business registration certificate No. 3103000271 (Current code is 3300529819) Department of Planning and Investment of Thua Thien Hue province issued on January 21, 2008.
- Year 2010: Increased charter capital to 15,000,000,000 VND, officially listed on Hanoi Stock Exchange, stock code: ALV.
- Year 2012: Increase charter capital to 17,249,980,000 VND through stock dividend payment.
- Year 2014: Issue an additional 1,282,999 shares to increase charter capital to 30,079,360,000 VND through issuance to increase charter capital, issuance to strategic shareholders, issuance of bonus shares to employees.
- August 2017: Changed name to ALV Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company.
- 2018: Issued an additional 2,500,000 shares to shareholders strategy strategy to increase charter capital to 56,579,360,000 VND.
- March 2020: Renamed ALV Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company to ALVICO Construction Joint Stock Company.
- February 2022: Moved office headquarters to 77-79 Hoang Quoc Viet building, Nghia Do ward, Cau Giay district, Ha city Internal
