AMECC Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company (AMECC), formerly LISEMCO 2 Joint Stock Company, was established on February 1, 2008 with a charter capital of 50 billion VND according to Business Registration License No. 0200786983 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Phong City.

The company officially became a public company on August 31, 2011 according to official dispatch No. 2797/UBCK-QLPH of the State Securities Commission.

On April 25, 2016, the Company was renamed AMECC Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company. The Company's main business is metal processing and coating, construction and installation of industrial equipment.
