Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- 1975: An Giang Agricultural Materials Company, the predecessor of An Giang Agricultural Technical Services Company, was established, operating in the field of supplying materials, fertilizers, pesticides, and agricultural equipment and spare parts.
- In 1986: An Giang Agricultural Technical Services Company was established on the basis of merging 03 units of the agricultural sector of An Giang province (Agricultural Materials Company, Agricultural Mechanics Department and Plant Protection Department) referred to as ANTESCO
- In 1992: ANTESCO was awarded Establishment Decision No. 530/QDUB dated November 2, 1992 of the People's Committee of An Giang province, deciding to transform from a state-owned unit into a State-owned enterprise with an initial capital of 7,248,217,000 VND
- 1994: ANTESCO established the first agricultural, vegetable, fruit and food processing enterprise for export
- In 1999: ANTESCO continued to expand investment in building a frozen factory with modern equipment and production lines imported from the US and Denmark with a capacity of 8,000 tons/year.
- 2008: ANTESCO invested in an additional workshop to process by-products from fruit and vegetable peels to press pellets for use as animal feed
- June 2011: Implementing Decree No. 109/2007/ND-CP dated June 26, 2007 of the government, An Giang Agricultural Technical Services Company officially converted to An Giang Fruit, Vegetable and Food Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of 60,000,000,000 VND according to Decision No. 569/QD-UBND dated April 3, 2008.
