- 2006: Asia-Pacific Investment Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as APEC Investment.,JSC) was established under Business Registration Certificate No. 0103013346 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on July 31, 2006 with a charter capital of 22,950,00,000 VND.
- 2007: Capital increased to 220 billion VND
- 2009: Increased capital to 264 billion VND, Listed on UPCOM with stock code API on October 27, 2009
- 2010: Officially listed on HNX on September 13, 2010, Commencement of Thai Nguyen Trade Center project
- 2011: Commencement of Tuc Duyen - Thai Nguyen urban area project
- 2012: Commencement of Da Hoi Industrial Park project. IDJ International Financial Investment and Business Development Joint Stock Company became an affiliated company of API. ASEAN SMALL CAP FUND became the company's major shareholder. Commencement of Diem Thuy Industrial Park project.
- 2014: Commencement of Azura Graden Urban Area project - Hue. Increase charter capital to 364 billion.
