Establishment History
- October 22, 2010 Established Interserco Postal Services Joint Stock Company - IPX - predecessor of ASG Group Joint Stock Company.
- On October 30, 2012, the Company was renamed Airport Services Joint Stock Company with the orientation of focusing on providing services at the airport with three main areas: (i) air cargo services; (ii) warehousing services; (iii) transportation services and other logistics services.
- April 2013 Established ALS Thai Nguyen Co., Ltd. (ALST) with 100% capital ownership by the Company to implement the project "Extended air warehouse in Thai Nguyen" at Yen Binh Industrial Park, Pho Yen district, Thai Nguyen province. In September 2019, ALS Thai Nguyen Company Limited (ALST) changed its company form to ASG Logistics Joint Stock Company (ASGL).
- In January 2015, the Company changed its abbreviation and officially used the ASG brand, and built a brand identity system consistent with the Company's development orientation. The company has been granted Trademark Registration Certificate No. 277423 by the National Office of Intellectual Property for the ASG brand
- In December 2015, the Company became a strategic shareholder of Cam Ranh International Airport Services Joint Stock Company (CIAS); Support CIAS to establish Aviation Ground Services Company Limited (AGS) with the goal of expanding its business lines into the fields of passenger service and commercial ground services.
- March 2016 Established Saigon Airport Services Joint Stock Company (ASGS) in Ho Chi Minh City, opening the process of expanding and developing cargo services in the Southern region.
- July 2016 Established the Company's Branch in Thai Nguyen (ASGTN) with the goal of providing air cargo transportation services according to long-term air warehouse procedures and other types of goods for businesses in Yen Binh Industrial Park and surrounding areas.
- December 2016 Established the Company Branch in Bac Ninh (ASGBN) and implemented the Bac Ninh Logistics Service Area project at Yen Phong Industrial Park, Bac Ninh with the goal of providing aviation and non-aviation cargo services, warehousing services, cargo transportation services (airline, frozen goods, special goods and other goods) and other logistics services
- In June 2018, the Company completed increasing its ownership ratio in CIAS to 51%, CIAS officially became a subsidiary of ASG.
- October 2018 Established A Plus Forwarding Joint Stock Company (APLUS) to provide intermediary forwarding services... helping to complete a part of the logistics service chain ASG provides to customers.
- November 2018 Contributed capital to a joint venture with ULP Korea Company to establish ASGU Services Joint Stock Company (ASGU) to provide dismantling services, transportation and installation of lines, equipment and packaging of goods.
- August 2019 Established ASG Industrial Park Infrastructure and Development Company Limited (ASGI) operating in the field of infrastructure investment and industrial park development.
- In September 2019, the company was officially renamed ASG Group Joint Stock Company.
- October 2019 ASG Logistics Joint Stock Company (ASGL, 99.93% of charter capital is owned by ASG) established ASG Transport Company Limited (ASGT) with 100% of charter capital owned by ASGL.
- June 2020 Established ASG Aviation Services Company Limited (ASGA) providing aviation and non-aviation services.
- In September 2020, the Company officially listed and traded ASG shares on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.
