- On September 28, 2015 Taseco Noi Bai Aviation Services Joint Stock Company was established with an initial registered charter capital of 30 billion VND on the basis of taking over all business activities of Noi Bai Branch - Thang Long Aviation Services Joint Stock Company at Noi Bai International Airport.

- On September 25, 2017, the Securities Commission issued document No. 6411/UBCK-GSĐC approving Taseco Aviation Services Joint Stock Company to become a Public Company.
