- 2005: An Truong An Joint Stock Company, formerly known as An Truong An Company Limited, was established on September 21, 2005 under Business Registration License No. 3502000611 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Dinh province with an initial capital of 3 billion VND
- August 2007: To expand production and business, the company decided to change the company form from Limited to Joint Stock Company, with capital increased to 12 billion VND.
- July 2009: With the results achieved in production and business in previous years, the Company decided to increase its charter capital from 12 billion to 13.2 billion VND.
- May 2015: The company decided to mobilize equity capital from existing shareholders, aiming to increase capital from 13.2 to 88.2 billion VND and was approved by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Dinh province in Business Registration Certificate No.: 4100577172 dated May 25, 2015
- September 2015: The company decided to continue to mobilize capital from existing shareholders, increased capital from 88.2 to 152.2 billion VND and was approved by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Dinh province in Business Registration Certificate No.: 4100577172 dated September 3, 2015
- March 2016: An Truong An Joint Stock Company officially became a public company
