Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Hoang Thach Packaging Joint Stock Company (“Company”) was formerly a packaging factory belonging to Vicem Hoang Thach Cement Company Limited. Due to the State's equitization policy and increasingly expanding production and business needs, the Company was selected as one of the enterprises converted in the form of equitization of State enterprises according to Decision No. 25/1999/QD - TTg. After more than 20 years of construction and operation, the Company has developed to become one of the typical units of Hai Duong province in the field of packaging production and business.
- Hoang Thach Packaging Joint Stock Company was established under Business Registration Certificate No. 0800208342, first registered on May 18, 1999 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province with a charter capital of 6,000,000,000 VND (Six billion VND); issued the 7th change on November 8, 2019 with charter capital of 20,479,320 VND (Twenty billion, four hundred and seventy-nine million, three hundred and twenty VND).
- On December 2, 2019, Hoang Thach Packaging Joint Stock Company was approved by the State Securities Commission (SSC) for registration as a public company according to Official Dispatch No. 7254/UBCK- GSĐC of the State Securities Commission.
- On April 6, 2020, Hoang Thach Packaging Joint Stock Company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 21/2020/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center (TTLKCKVN), with a total number of registered shares of 2,047,932 shares.
