Establishment History and development:
- B.C.H Joint Stock Company was established on March 10, 2004 according to Joint Stock Company Business Registration Certificate No. 0403000138 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province on March 10, 2004 with an initial charter capital of 8 billion VND with main activities being production and trade of consumer goods; production and sale of construction materials. On September 26, 2008, the Company was granted a change in the Certificate of business registration and tax registration as a joint stock company by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province with the new tax code: 0800286887. Through the development process, the Company has oriented and focused on the key production and trade of steel billet products, construction steel and coal products.
- During the period 2007 - 2008, the Company increased its charter capital to 120 billion VND and invested in building a steel billet factory with a scale of nearly 600 billion VND. The factory has been in stable production since 2009. By 2012, the Company continued to increase its charter capital to 190 billion VND to improve the Company's financial capacity. The Company's steel factory after 6 years of operation, by 2014 with the strong development of science and technology in steel billet production, the Company's production line system was old and could not meet the competitiveness of production costs. On the other hand, the pressure of environmental pollution from local people when the Company's steel factory is located in a steel production complex with units such as Hoa Phat, Viet Han, Viet Y... is huge. Hence, the day. August 1, 2014, the General Meeting of Shareholders passed Resolution No.: 02/2014/BCH/NQ-DHĐCĐ about temporarily stopping the entire steel billet production line to renovate the factory and upgrade production technology. The General Meeting of Shareholders authorized the Board of Directors to develop a plan to renovate and upgrade the factory as well as arrange capital sources for implementation, and develop a plan to use assets in accordance with the current situation to generate revenue for the company. Therefore, starting from 2015, the Company temporarily used production activities and focused on developing the distribution and trade system of steel products.
- In terms of time, B.C.H Joint Stock Company has been established for more than 16 years, operating in the industry of manufacturing and trading steel billets and steel products. Through the process of establishment and development, the Company has built a team of long-term staff and employees. The Company's leadership and members of the Board of Directors are all members with high professional capacity and long-term strategic vision. - In 2020, B.C.H Joint Stock Company registered as a public company with the State Securities Commission and was approved as a public company on February 4, 2021.
