Establishment History and Development

- Formerly Song Be Province Pharmaceutical Company

- In 1992, the People's Committee of Song Be province signed a decision to dissolve level III pharmaceutical companies in districts and towns and merge into Song Be Provincial Pharmaceutical Company to form a single pharmaceutical company in the province

- On December 8, 1992, officially established a Pharmaceutical company with the name Binh Duong Pharmaceutical Medical Supplies Company

- On November 10, 2004, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province decided to merge Binh Duong Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies Joint Stock Company into the Investment and Industrial Development Company (Becamex IDC) and decided to establish Binh Duong Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies Company under the Industrial Investment and Development Company (Becamex IDC)

- In 2004, increased charter capital to 40,400,000,000 VND.

- On December 29, 2005, the company officially transformed into a joint stock company with the name Binh Duong Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies Joint Stock Company with charter capital of 15 billion VND

- In early 2007, invested in construction and officially put into production operations in August 2009, Becamex Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company was established on the basis of taking over from the former Binh Duong Pharmaceutical and Medical Supplies Joint Stock Company. Transforming the operating environment with the direct investment managing unit, Becamex IDC Investment and Industrial Development Corporation

- August 25, 2015, first delivery registration date on UPCoM with stock code BCP

- September 14, 2015, the first trading day of BCP on UPCoM with the closing price at the end of the session 13,400 VND/share

- July 9, 2018 The company increased its charter capital to 60 billion VND.
- On July 24, 2019, the name was changed to Enlie Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.
- October 17, 2019: Established a subsidiary, Enlie Pharmaceutical Company Limited
