- In 1992: Dong Thap Construction and Construction Materials Company was established under Decision No. 131/ĐĐ-TL dated December 9, 1992 of Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee on the basis of merging 4 units under Dong Thap Construction Department:
- River sand exploitation and land leveling company;
- Design and Construction Survey Company;
- Construction Materials and Supply Company;
- Dong Thap Service Business Company
- In 2007: Dong Thap Province People's Committee issued Decision No. 80/QD-UBND-TL dated June 25, 2007 on approving the project of converting Dong Thap Construction and Construction Materials Company to operate under the Parent Company - Subsidiary model
- In 2009: The Company's organization includes 02 Subsidiaries that have been equitized, 03 Enterprises, 01 Tran Quoc Toan Industrial Park Project Management Board, 01 Labor Safety and Fire Prevention Board, 01 Construction Materials Testing Center, 01 Real Estate Trading Floor and 06 functional departments.
- In 2010: Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 79/QD-UBND-TL on converting the parent company - Dong Thap Construction and Construction Materials Company into Dong Thap Construction and Construction Materials Company Limited, owned by the State.
- On August 1, 2016, Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 880/QD-UBND-HC on approving the equitization plan and converting Dong Thap Construction and Construction Materials Company Limited into a Joint Stock Company. Implementing the decisions of the Provincial People's Committee, the Equitization Steering Committee of Dong Thap Construction and Construction Materials Company Limited coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange to organize the organization. Initial share auction price is 8,726,600 shares, starting price 10,100 VND/share. Results: Sold 1,952,700 stools; The average winning price reached 10,152 VND/share.
- On November 7, 2016, the Company was granted a Joint Stock Company Business Registration Certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Thap province with a charter capital of 386,000,000,000 VND. The time the Company started doing business in the form of a joint stock company is from November 11, 2016
