Formation and development process:
- Bien Ho Tea Joint Stock Company was converted from Bien Ho Tea Single-member Limited Liability Company, the predecessor of Bien Ho Tea Farm, which was taken over on May 9, 1975;
- On March 7, 1980, the name was changed to establish Bien Ho Tea Industrial Enterprise under the Union of Vietnam Tea Enterprises.
- On March 1, 2007, Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 16/QD-UB on changing the name of Bien Ho Tea Research Enterprise to Bien Ho Tea Company.
- September 13, 2018 Bien Ho Tea Joint Stock Company was registered for business and officially operated.
- October 30, 2018, is the first trading day of Bien Ho Tea Joint Stock Company shares on the Upcom market at Hanoi Stock Exchange with the number of securities registered for trading being 3,856,665 shares (winning shares at auction), the value of securities registered for trading is 3,856,665 shares (auction winning shares), the value of securities registered for trading is 38,566,650,000 VND.
- On January 19, 2018, Vietnam Securities Depository Center received custody of additional shares of 5,078,978 shares (shares of other subjects), the value of additional registered shares is 50,789,780,000 VND
- On November 30, 2018, Bien Ho Tea Joint Stock Company became a Public Company.
