Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- BIG INVEST GROUP Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Nam Son Technology Equipment Joint Stock Company, was established and operated since November 7, 2017 according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0108045831 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment with a registered charter capital of 10,000,000,000 VND. At the beginning, the Company operated mainly in the fields of purchasing and selling construction materials, construction machinery and equipment and providing construction machinery and equipment rental services.
- In May 2019, with the goal of expanding operations into the real estate business, the General Meeting of Shareholders unanimously approved changing the Company's name, headquarters and adding a number of business lines. According to the first change of Business Registration Certificate dated May 20, 2019, the Company changed its name to BIG GROUP Real Estate Joint Stock Company with the main business line being real estate consulting and brokerage.
- In July 2019, the Company continued to change its name to BIGINVEST GROUP Joint Stock Company according to the second change of Business Registration Certificate dated July 18, 2019. At the same time, in order to serve the capital needs to expand production and business activities, the General Meeting of Shareholders unanimously approved a plan to increase charter capital to 50 billion VND by issuing shares to existing shareholders.
- In December 2019, the Company completed increasing its charter capital to VND 50 billion and changed its business registration according to the new charter capital. On December 27, 2019, Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment issued the 4th amended Business Registration Certificate to the Company with a charter capital of 50 billion VND.
- On February 4, 2020, the Company was granted a branch operation registration certificate by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City No. 0108045831-001 with address at 94 Nguyen Thi Thap, Tan Hung Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, creating opportunities to develop into the national market and reach out to the international market. On February 16, 2020, the branch in Ho Chi Minh City officially opened and went into operation. This is the premise for the Company to develop and expand the market in the Southern region.
- In September 2021, Big Inyest Group Joint Stock Company was approved by the State Securities Commission for registration of a public company according to official dispatch No. 5570/UBCK-GSĐC dated September 27, 2021.
- In October 2021, the Company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 40/2021/GCNCP-VSD dated October 8, 2021 by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD) with the stock code BIG, the total number of registered securities is 5,000,000 shares.
