Establishment History:
- Bac Kan Minerals Company was established under Decision No. 312/QDUB dated April 5, 2000 of the People's Committee of Bac Kan province. As a unit under the Department of Industry, Science & Technology, the Company was assigned by the People's Committee of Bac Kan province to: Exploit and salvage minerals: Lead, Zinc, Gold; Producing and trading construction materials: Stone, Sand, Gravel.
- On November 30, 2005, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Kan province issued Decision No. 3020a/QDUB to convert the Company to operate under the model of a joint stock company with the name Bac Kan Minerals Joint Stock Company.
- On April 1, 2006, the Company officially went into operation in the form of a Joint Stock Company according to business registration certificate No. 1303000062 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Bac Kan province, registered charter capital of 17,000,000,000 VND, in The State capital ratio is 51%, equivalent to 8,670,000,000 VND.
- On December 25, 2007, the State Securities Commission issued offering certificate No. 254/UBCKGCN for the Company to increase capital from 17,000,000,000 VND to 44,500,000,000 VND. At the end of the issuance, the Company's charter capital is 37,483,000,000 VND.
- On August 18, 2009, the Company was officially listed under Decision No. 46/GCN-SGDHN dated August 17, 2009 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange with the trading code BKC.
- On April 5, 2010, a metal lead smelting plant with a capacity of 10,000 tons/year was inaugurated in Lung Vang, Cho Don district, Bac Kan province.
- On August 20, 2012, Cho Don Mineral Exploitation and Processing Enterprise was established on the basis of merging Bang Lung Contracting Enterprise and Zinc Oxide Powder Enterprise.
- On November 26, 2014, Pu Sap Mining Enterprise was established on the basis of separating from Bang Lang Mineral Mining Enterprise.
- On November 26, 2014, Na Duong mining enterprise was established
- In 2014, the Company branch was established in Phu Luong district - Thai Nguyen and the AVA mineral water factory branch in Vo Nhai district - Thai Nguyen on the basis of separation from the Company branch in Thai Nguyen.
