- Bac Lieu Fisheries according to business registration certificate No. 600300027 dated July 20, 2006 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Bac Lieu province.
- In June 2007, the Company acquired the processing factory of Nha Trang Seafood Company Limited, specializing in producing value-added products such as sushi, vegetable rice paper, frozen fried vegetables... and established a Nha Trang branch at Lot A9 Suoi Dau Industrial Park, Dien Khanh district, Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province, with a total investment of 30 billion VND. BLF also invests and contributes capital to the Company
