- Lien Ninh Transport and Services Joint Stock Company's predecessor was Lien Ninh Bus Enterprise - Branch of Hanoi Transport Corporation, established under Decision No. 3695/QD-HDTV dated November 19, 2012 of the Board of Members of Transport Corporation. As an enterprise with 100% State capital, accounting depends on Hanoi Transport Corporation, because the main production and business activities are managing and exploiting 05 inner-city bus routes to serve the travel needs of people in Hanoi city. Lien Ninh Bus Enterprise, formerly known as Hanoi Public Transport Infrastructure Center, was established on June 27, 2011 under Decision No. 1045/QD-TCT dated June 27, 2011 of Hanoi Transport Corporation.
- April 20, 2015: The Shareholders' Meeting to establish Lien Ninh Transport and Services Joint Stock Company was successfully conducted. On February 27, 2015, Lien Ninh Bus Enterprise completed the initial share auction at the Hanoi Stock Exchange with the number of shares sold being 1,989,400 shares. section accounts for 100% registration rate. The average successful auction price is 10,000 VND/share.
- On July 31, 2015, Lien Ninh Transport and Services Joint Stock Company officially operated in the form of a joint stock company under business license No. 0106953041-013 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment, charter capital of 500 billion VND.
- On August 24, 2015, Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment re-issued Joint Stock Company Business Registration Certificate No. 0106953041, registered for the first change on November 12, 2015.
- On September 9, 2016, first transaction on UPCoM with reference price of 10,000 VND/share.
