Establishment History:
- Binh Dinh Mineral Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Binh Dinh Mineral Company, was established in 1985, and is one of the prestigious and pioneering companies in the field of mineral exploitation in Binh Dinh province as well as in Vietnam.
- After more than 25 years of development, Binh Dinh Mineral Joint Stock Company has stood firmly and increasingly affirmed its position in the market mechanism. The company was awarded the 3rd Class Labor Medal by the state in 1999.
- Implementing the State's equitization policy, Binh Dinh Mineral Joint Stock Company transformed into a Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 09/2001/QD-UB dated January 8, 2001 of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province. Business registration certificate No. 3503000009 dated January 8, 2001, 8th change No. 4100390008 dated May 15, 2012 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Dinh province, Charter capital at the time of conversion to Joint Stock Company was 13,114,000,000 VND. Charter capital as of December 31, 2013 is 123,926,300,000 VND.
- Implementing the Prime Minister's Decision, Binh Dinh Mineral Joint Stock Company has promoted the necessary procedures to serve the listing of the Company's shares on the centralized stock market. On December 28, 2006, the Company's shares officially traded for the first session at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange Center (now the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange). As of December 31, 2012, the total number of shares issued and deposited at the Ho Chi Minh City Securities Depository Center is 12,392,630 shares.
