The predecessor of Den Meo Thermal Engineering Joint Stock Company is Sea Snail Company Limited, established on December 12, 2006 with an initial charter capital of 200,000,000 VND: headquarters at 66/9 Ha Long, Ward 2, Vung Tau City: main business is trading and producing handicrafts from seashells and sea snails. Since 2010, Sea Snail Co., Ltd. has expanded its business lines to include construction and installation of dust collection and insulation systems.
Meo Den Thermal Engineering Joint Stock Company was converted to its operating model from Sea Snail Company Limited and was granted a registration certificate to change the business name as a type of operation according to the Joint Stock Company Business Registration Certificate No. 3500773109 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province on December 12, 2011 with charter capital at the time of conversion of 3 billion VND.
On October 21, 2024, the Company officially completed public company registration procedures with the State Securities Commission
