Establishment History:
- According to Decision No. 1488/QDUB dated November 16, 1977 of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, two Vietnamese chemical plastic pipe companies (Kepivi) and Kieu Tinh Plastic Company, a public-private joint venture with the State, were named "Public Factory". "Binh Minh Plastic Joint Venture" under the Ministry of Light Industry Technology Products Corporation.
- On February 8, 1990, the Ministry of Light Industry issued Decision No. 86/CNnTCLD on the establishment of "Binh Minh Plastic Science and Production Enterprise" on the basis of re-establishing "Binh Minh Plastic Public-Private Joint Venture Factory". "Binh Minh Plastic Production Science Enterprise" is a member unit under the Plastics Import-Export Production Union of the Ministry of Light Industry (predecessor of Vietnam Plastic Corporation VINAPLAST) with the main task of researching and applying new scientific and technical achievements to the plastic processing industry, organizing experimental production of new products.
- On March 24, 1994, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City issued decision No. 842/QDUBCN on nationalizing Binh Minh Plastic Science and Production Enterprise and converting it into a State-owned enterprise.
- On November 3, 1994, the Ministry of Light Industry issued Decision No. 1434/CNnTCLD on the establishment of the State-owned enterprise Binh Minh Plastic Company, trading name is BMPLASCO under Vietnam Plastic Corporation with the main business line of manufacturing plastic pipes and bottles. pesticide spraying, medical instruments, technical plastic products.
- On January 28, 2003, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 125/QDTTg on dissolving Vietnam Plastics Corporation (VINAPLAST) and transferring Binh Minh Plastics Company under the Ministry of Industry, and equitizing Binh Minh Plastics Company within the Year 2003.
- On December 4, 2003, the Ministry of Industry issued Decision No. 209/2003/QDBCN on converting Binh Minh Plastic Company into Binh Minh Plastic Joint Stock Company.
- On January 2, 2004, Binh Minh Plastic Joint Stock Company officially registered its business and went into operation in the form of a Joint Stock Company
- Company listed at Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange. HCM on July 11, 2006. By November 2006, the Company increased its charter capital from 107,180,000,000 VND to 139,334,000,000 VND
- On July 11, 2006, the Company's shares were listed on the HOSE exchange, with the stock code BMP. This same year, the charter capital was increased to 147,908,400,000 VND (an increase of 38%).
- In 2007, Northern Binh Minh Plastics Co., Ltd., 100% invested by the Company, came into operation, marking the presence of the Binh Minh Plastics brand in the Northern plastic pipe market.
- In 2008, consumption output reached 30,000 tons, twice as much as before equitization. The Company's charter capital increased to 175,989,560,000 VND (an increase of 19%).
- In 2009, PP - R plastic pipe products under the Binh Minh Plastic brand were officially available on the market, contributing to bringing the Company's revenue to 1,000 billion VND, 4 times higher than before equitization.
- In 2010, the largest diameter PE plastic pipe in Vietnam - 1200mm - was born, creating conditions to end the import of large diameter plastic pipes in our country. Preparing for the next step of development, Factory 4 project in Long An province with an area of more than 150,000m2 was signed. Charter capital increased to 349,835,520,000 VND (an increase of 100%), marking the Company's outstanding development in scale and production capacity.
- In 2012, Certificated for Environmental Management System according to ISO14000 standards and implemented the project "Enterprise resource management information technology system (ERP) - Oracle E - Business Suite".
- In 2013, completed product conformity according to standards of the Ministry of Construction. Revenue exceeded 2,000 billion VND (increased 100% within 4 years). Charter capital increased to 454,784,800,000 VND (up 30%).
- Year 2014: Started construction of a new factory in Long An. Official application (Golive) of the ERP system at
Company. - Year 2015: November 18, 2015 Inauguration of Binh Minh Long An Factory. Successfully deployed 05 ERP modules at the Company, Branches and Subsidiaries.

- UPVC pipes and fittings with diameters from 21mm to 630mm, used in water supply and drainage, electricity, post and telecommunications, construction and civil industries.
- Double HDPE pipes and accessories with diameters from 110mm to 500mm, especially used in infrastructure and electricity drainage industries.
- PP-R pipes and fittings with diameters from 20mm to 160mm, used for hot and cold water, high pressure.
