Establishment History:

Ben Thanh Rubber Joint Stock Company's predecessor was Giai Phong Rubber Enterprise under Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry, established in 1976.
In 1994, the name was changed to Ben Thanh Rubber Company under the Department of Industry of Ho Chi Minh City.
In May 2007, implementing the direction of the City People's Committee. In Ho Chi Minh City, Ben Thanh Rubber Company transformed into Ben Thanh Rubber Joint Stock Company, directly under Saigon Industry Corporation. Business registration certificate No. 4103006783 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on April 20, 2007, charter capital of 40 billion VND.
February 2008, increased charter capital for the first time to 75 billion VND by issuing shares to existing shareholders, employees and strategic partners.
July 2010, increased charter capital for the second time to 82.49998 billion VND due to issuance of bonus shares to existing shareholders. BERUBCO shares are officially traded at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange with the stock code BRC. Investing in a steel core rubber conveyor belt production line, with superior features compared to conventional fabric core conveyor belts, the project has been approved by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to participate in the investment stimulus program in the city, with a support level of 100% of the loan interest rate from credit institutions.
