- Ba Ria Rubber Company is a State-owned enterprise, a member unit of the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group, a member of the Vietnam Rubber Association established on June 11, 1994;
- On May 1, 2004, implementing the policy of the Party, State and Vietnam Rubber Corporation, Ba Ria Rubber Company equitized a part of the enterprise, Hoa Binh Farm and Hoa Binh Rubber Processing Factory to establish Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company;
- On December 24, 2009, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Rubber Industry Group approved the plan to convert Ba Ria Rubber Company into a One Member Limited Liability Company. On January 1, 2010, the Company transformed into Ba Ria Rubber Company Limited, operating under the Enterprise Law;
- On December 31, 2015, Vietnam Rubber Industry Group issued a Decision approving the equitization plan of Ba Ria Rubber Company Limited - Vietnam Rubber Industry Group;
- On March 11, 2016, Ba Ria Rubber Company Limited successfully organized the initial public share auction at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange;
- On April 28, 2016, the Department of Planning and Investment of Ba Ria Vung Tau province issued a Joint Stock Company business registration certificate to Ba Ria Rubber Joint Stock Company with registered charter capital of 1,125,000,000,000 VND;
- On May 1, 2016, the Company began operating as a Joint Stock Company;
- On June 30, 2016, the Company was approved by the State Securities Commission to register as a public company;
- On May 11, 2017, the Company was granted a Securities Depository Registration Certificate by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center with a total number of registered securities of 112,500,000 shares.
