Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- In May 1989, Thu Duc Centrifugal Concrete Workshop was established, which is the predecessor of Thu Duc Centrifugal Concrete Joint Stock Company;
- On March 15, 1997, Thu Duc Centrifugal Concrete Factory was changed to Thu Duc Centrifugal Concrete Factory;
- On November 6, 2003, Thu Duc Centrifugal Concrete Enterprise was transformed into Thu Duc Centrifugal Concrete Joint Stock Company with 51% State capital (a State-controlled Joint Stock Company);
- On February 4, 2004, the Company officially converted to operate under the Joint Stock Company model with an initial charter capital of 11 billion VND.
Capital raising process:
- In December 2005, the company increased its charter capital to 15.4 billion VND;
- In December 2006, the Company continued to increase capital to 18.48 billion VND;
- In October 2007, the Company continued to increase capital to 26.95 billion VND;
- In May 2008, the Company continued to increase capital to 45,815 billion VND;
- In June 2010, the Company continued to increase capital to 64,141 billion VND.
