Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Binh Dinh Tuyen Brick Joint Stock Company, formerly Phuoc An Brick and Tile Joint Stock Company, was established on February 2, 1978 according to Decision No. 1570 of the People's Committee of Nghia Binh province; On December 28, 1992, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 2615/QD-UB on establishing the state-owned enterprise Phuoc An Brick and Tile Enterprise. On September 7, 1996, the People's Committee signed Decision No. 2133/QD-UB on establishing Tuyen Binh Dinh brick factory; On December 28, 2001, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province issued Decision No. 131/QD-UB on converting Binh Dinh Tuyen Brick Factory into Binh Dinh Tuyen Brick Joint Stock Company.
- On December 24, 2001, the initial public share auction was successfully organized at the Company with a total number of successfully offered shares of 20,000 shares and an average successful auction price of 100,000 VND/share.
- On December 25, 2001, the General Meeting of Shareholders was successfully organized to establish Binh Dinh Tuyen Brick Joint Stock Company.
- On December 28, 2001, the Company was converted into Binh Dinh Tuyen Tile Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 35 03 000018, first registered on December 28, 2001 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Binh Dinh Province with a charter capital of 2,000,000,000 VND Registered for the 8th Amendment, Business Registration Certificate number is 4100431180, dated August 17, 2016, charter capital 30,000,000,000 VND
- On June 16, 2017, Binh Dinh Tuy Nen Brick Joint Stock Company was approved by the State Securities Commission (SSC) for registration as a public company according to Official Letter No. 4146/UBCK-GSĐC of the SSC.
- On October 11, 2017, the Company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 189/2017/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD) with a total number of registered shares of 3,000,000 shares.
