On March 23, 2006, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 485/QD BXD converting But Son Cement Company into But Son Cement Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of 900 billion VND.
- On May 1, 2006, Ha Nam Department of Planning and Investment issued Business Registration Certificate No. 0603000105, But Son Cement Company officially transformed into But Son Cement Joint Stock Company and operates under the joint stock company model. section.
- On April 18, 2006, the General Meeting of Shareholders to establish But Son Cement Joint Stock Company was a great success. The Congress elected the Board of Directors and the Company's Supervisory Board. On May 1, 2006, But Son Cement Company began operating under the Joint Stock Company model.
