- In 1994, the Company decided to expand its operations into the field of construction stone exploitation and trading. A right move brought success to CIC 3-2. Currently, this product is one of the Company's strategic products on the market.
- When Song Be province (old) split into two provinces Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc in 1997, to suit the new conditions and circumstances, as well as show determination to pursue investment in the construction industry, the Company changed its name to 3/2 Construction Investment Company.
- In 2001, when the housing market in Binh Duong was rising. Taking advantage of the available land fund, the Company has expanded its business activities into the field of real estate. The residential areas invested in and built by CIC3-2 have met the accommodation needs of area residents.
- In 2003, to be proactive in construction and installation at projects, CIC32 established a Mechanical Enterprise. The enterprise specializes in processing mechanical products construction and electrical system construction.
- The company continues to research and grasp customer needs and tastes. In 2008, when the need for infrastructure development inside and outside the province increased, CIC 3-2 launched a new product, reinforced concrete culverts. Currently, the Company's sewer products (Bea culvert centrifugal cardboard, box culverts, round culverts...), are highly appreciated by the market, the number of customers is constantly increasing.
- According to the Government's policy, the decision of the People's Committee of Binh Duong province on converting to a joint stock company model. On December 11, 2008, the founding General Meeting of Shareholders of 3/2 Construction Investment Company was held, the Company officially took on a new name: 3-2 Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
- December 13, 210, Shares of 3-2 Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (Stock code is C32), started trading at Hanoi Stock Exchange
- November 30, 2012, Shares of 3-2 Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (Stock code is C32), began trading at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.
- January 8, 2013, Celebrating 20 years of establishment and development of 3-2 Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
