Changed name to Construction Company 47 according to Decision No. 119 NN-TCCB/QD dated February 3, 1996 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Construction Joint Stock Company 47 is a state-owned enterprise equitized from Construction Company 47 under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development according to Decision No. 4411 QD/BNN-TCCB dated December 8, 2004 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Construction Joint Stock Company 47 officially operated from July 1, 2005 according to Business Registration Certificate No. 4100258747 issued by Binh Dinh Department of Planning and Investment, registered for the 9th change on August 2, 2010 with a charter capital of 80,000,000 VND (Eighty billion VND)
On March 30, 2011, shares of Construction Joint Stock Company 47 (code C47) officially traded for the first session at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.
