Establishment History:
- On December 27, 1962, the Ministry of Transport issued Decision No. 1477-QD/TL to establish the Department of Works under the Ministry of Transport.
- In 1966, the Department of Construction changed its name to Department of Construction I.
- In 1976, the Department of Construction I switched to the task of restoring and building the economy and was renamed the Construction Enterprise I.

- In 1991, the Ministry of Transport decided to separate the basic construction force in the Union and establish the Central Region Construction Corporation.
- In December 1995, the Ministry of Transport issued Decision No. 4985/QD-BGTVT to change the name of Central Region Construction Corporation to Transport Construction Corporation 4.
- On August 22, 2007, the Ministry of Transport issued Decision No. 2601/QD-BGTVT to establish the Parent Company - Traffic Construction Construction Corporation 4. The Corporation officially operates according to the Parent Company - Subsidiary Company model.
- On June 25, 2010, the Ministry of Transport issued Decision No. 1757/QD-BGTVT to convert the parent company - Traffic Construction Corporation 4 into a one-member limited liability company.
- On January 6, 2014, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 27/QD-TTg approving the equitization plan of the Parent Company - Transport Construction Corporation 4.
- On May 10, 2014, the first General Meeting of Shareholders of the Corporation approved the Charter of Traffic Construction Corporation 4- JSC, approved the Corporation's development strategy until 2020 and orientation to 2025.
- On June 2, 2014, CIENCO4 Group officially operated as a Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 2900324850 issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment for the first time on November 5, 2010 and the second change. 3 on June 2, 2014, with a charter capital of 600,000,000,000 VND.
