Establishment History:
- Yen Bai Forestry, Agriculture and Food Products Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Yen Bai Paper Factory, was established in 1972. In 1994, it was re-established and renamed Yen Bai Forestry, Agriculture and Food Processing Company according to Decision No. 53/QD-UB dated June 9, 1994 of the People's Committee of Yen Bai province. From October 1, 2004, the Company's ownership form was converted from a State-owned enterprise to a Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 276/QD-UB of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Bai province dated August 27, 2004. The company operates under Joint Stock Company Business Registration Certificate No. 1603000045 dated October 1, 2004 and First Change Registration No. 1603000045 dated May 16, 2007 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Yen Bai province.
- On January 9, 2008, the first trading transaction was officially held at the Hanoi Stock Exchange Center, now the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
- In 2011 increased charter capital from 11 billion to 17 billion VND.
- In 2013, charter capital increased from 17 billion to 34 billion VND.
