Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Cao Bang Sugar Joint Stock Company, formerly Cao Bang Sugar Factory, started construction under Decision No. 292/UB-QD of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee;
- On July 8, 1996, the People's Committee of Cao Bang province issued a decision on the establishment of the state-owned enterprise Cao Bang Sugar Company;
- In December 1997, the sugar factory was completed and went into production;
- On March 14, 2006, Cao Bang Sugar Company officially went into operation in the form of a joint stock company with an initial charter capital of 3,638,960,000 VND;
Charter capital increase process:
- On November 1, 2011, charter capital after issuance was 15,283,560,000 VND;
- On March 20, 2015, charter capital after issuance was 18,000,000,000 VND;
- On December 21, 2016, charter capital after issuance was 25,200,000,000 VND.

- Producing and trading white sugar according to Vietnamese standards;
- Importing machinery, raw materials and fuel for sugar cane production;
