Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- On July 1, 2006, according to the Government's policy on reforming state-owned enterprises, CASEAMEX was separated from CATACO and converted into a joint stock company with an initial charter capital of 28 billion VND.
- In March 2008, the Company established Caíish Processing Factory at Lot 4, Tra Noc Industrial Park I, specializing in the production and processing of shrimp products and other seafood products.
- After 8 years of independent operation, the Company has become one of 10 strong Vietnamese enterprises exporting pangasius, in the EU market and the US market with product quality that meets food hygiene and safety regulations of importers as well as consumer tastes of the international market.
- CASEAMEX's main products are processing frozen pangasius, basa fish, black tiger shrimp, crayfish HOSO/HLSO, PD, CPTO and PUD, and a number of products from other aquatic products such as frog legs, octopus, squid, eel.
- Currently, the Company operates under Business Registration Certificate No. 1800632306, registered for the 9th change on August 24, 2015 with registered charter capital of 150,923,260,000 VND.
