Timeline of Establishment & Development:

The predecessor of Vietnam Urban and Industrial Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company was the Institute of Architecture and Industrial Design under the Ministry of Construction, established by the Government on October 9, 1969 under Decision No. 201/CP signed by Prime Minister Do Muoi.
On January 16, 1974, the Minister of Construction decided to change the name of the Institute of Industrial Design of Architecture to the Institute of Industrial Construction under the Ministry.
On January 29, 1992, the Minister of Construction decided to change the name of the Institute of Industrial Construction to the Institute of Industrial Construction and Urban Works;
On December 28, 1992, the Minister of Construction decided to change the name of the Institute of Industrial and Urban Construction to Vietnam Urban and Industrial Construction Consulting Company (VCC);
On May 5, 1993, the Minister of Construction decided to establish a state-owned enterprise: Vietnam Urban and Industrial Construction Consulting Company under the Ministry of Construction;
On February 7, 2007, the Ministry of Construction issued a decision to convert the state-owned enterprise Vietnam Urban and Industrial Construction Consulting Company into a Joint Stock Company, with the state accounting for 51% of charter capital;
