Establishment History:
- Chuong Duong Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as Chuong Duong ACIC) is a joint stock enterprise, operating under enterprise law. Chuong Duong ACIC is a company with a long tradition in Vietnam, formerly known as Eiffel Asia - a branch of Eiffel (French Republic).
- Since 1977 Eiffel Asia was transferred to the Vietnamese government to become one of the leading construction companies in the southern region. Through the process of construction and growth, the company has had the following names: machine installation enterprise; construction company and today is Chuong Duong Investment & Construction Joint Stock Company.
- On November 20, 2003, equitized into Chuong Duong Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company - Chuong Duong ACIC (according to decision No. 1589/QD - BXD). Chuong Duong Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (stock code CDC) officially put 3.6 million shares into trading at the Hanoi Stock Exchange Center in December 2007;
- April 2009: Renamed Chuong Duong Joint Stock Company (CDC). In September 2010, more than 12,465,715 shares were transferred from the Hanoi Stock Exchange to listed at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.
- 2011: Increased capital to 149,588 billion VND.
