Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Cau Duong Joint Stock Company was formerly known as Hung Ky brick factory, later renamed Cau Duong brick and tile factory.
- In 1992, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 3352/QD-UB allowing the establishment of Cau Duong Brick and Tile Enterprise
- In 1995, the name of Cau Duong Brick and Tile Factory was changed to Cau Duong Construction Materials Company.
- In 2002, the People's Committee of Hanoi allowed the Company to change its name and redefine its production and business tasks. The new name of the Company is Cau Duong Construction Investment and Materials Production Company.
- In 2006, the Company converted a State-owned enterprise into a joint stock company in the form of equitization.
- On July 3, 2006, the Company's new name is Cau Duong Joint Stock Company until now.
- Cau Duong Joint Stock Company has registered and been approved to officially register to trade the Company's shares on the UpCoM stock exchange at Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) on February 27, 2017.

- On December 30, 2013, charter capital after issuance was 34,649,950,000 VND, an increase of 1,649,950,000 VND.
