Establishment History:
- Date January 19, 1976 Da Nang Port was assigned by the Ministry of Transport to directly manage the Seaway Department in Decision No. 222-QD/TC
- On June 15, 1993 Implementing Decree No. 388/HDBT dated November 20, 1991 of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Transport issued Decision No. 1163/QD-TCLD to establish the State-owned enterprise Da Nang Port under the Vietnam Maritime Administration.
- On May 8, 1998, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 91/1998/QD-TTg to transfer Da Nang Port
- become a member of Vietnam Maritime Corporation.
- On October 12, 2007, the Minister of Transport issued Decision No. 3089/QD-BGTVT on converting Da Nang Port - an independent accounting member company of Vietnam National Shipping Lines into Da Nang Port One Member LLC.
- On April 1, 2008, Da Nang Port completed conversion and business registration procedures, officially operating under the model of a one-member limited liability company.
- On May 6, 2014, Vietnam Maritime Corporation issued Decision No. 216/QD-HHVN dated May 6, 2014 of the Board of Members of Vietnam Maritime Corporation on approving the Equitization Plan and converting Da Nang Port Company Limited into a Joint Stock Company. section.
- On June 11, 2014 Danang Port LLC organized a share auction at the Hanoi Stock Exchange. The average successful auction price is 11,401 VND/share. Number of winning shares: 1,633,600 shares.
- July 24, 2014 Danang Port held the first General Meeting of Shareholders and officially switched to operating in the form of a Joint Stock Company.
- Date November 24, 2014 Joint Company Da Nang Port is certified by the Commission State securities included in the list of public companies.
- Date June 19, 2015 Joint Company Da Nang Port is stored by the Center Vietnam Securities Register issues the first securities registration certificate.
