Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- On January 1, 1987, the Construction Enterprise was established with a core of a number of officials and employees of the Project Management Board under Dong Nai Rubber Company;
- In 1994, the Construction Enterprise was converted into the Construction and Transport Enterprise;
- In 2008, the Construction and Transport Enterprise was equitized and changed its name to Dong Nai Rubber Construction Joint Stock Company, first registered on March 5, 2008 with a charter capital of 16,000,000,000 VND;
- In 2009, the Company established subsidiaries: Dokraco Co., Ltd, Donakra Co., Ltd in the Kingdom of Cambodia and Dong Nai - Pakse Construction Company in Laos;
- On October 15, 2014, the Company established a subsidiary; An Loc Rubber Construction Company Limited;
- On April 14, 2017, the Vietnam Securities Depository Center issued a Securities Registration Certificate on April 17, 2017 and issued a stock code to Dong Nai Rubber Construction Joint Stock Company.
