- Currently, Hanoi Construction Joint Stock Company No. 5 operates under the Business Registration Certificate issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City on June 30, 2006, registered for the 4th change with a charter capital of 37,324,500,000 VND.

- In July 2011, charter capital was 34,000,000,000 VND;
- In February 2016, charter capital was 37,324,500,000 VND.
