Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Cam Ranh International Airport Services Joint Stock Company (abbreviated name: CIAS) with the original name Cam Ranh Aviation Trading Joint Stock Company was established on January 14, 2009
- In mid-2009, the Company launched restaurant business activities in the airport terminal area.
- In 2009, the Company completed the registration of a public company with the State Securities Commission.
- In January 2010, the Company started operating business class lounges at domestic terminals
- In April 2013, the Company opened an additional business class lounge at the international terminal of Cam Ranh airport.
- In June 2013, the Company opened its first duty-free store in the quarantine area of the international departure terminal of Cam Ranh International Airport.
- In December 2015, Cam Ranh Aviation Trading Joint Stock Company established Aviation Ground Services Company Limited (AGS Company), operating with the main business of ground service at Cam Ranh International Airport.
- In January 2016, the Company successfully increased its charter capital from 10 billion VND to 30 billion VND by offering shares to strategic shareholders and private offerings to existing shareholders.
- In July 2016, the Company changed its name to Cam Ranh International Airport Services Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 58/QD-HĐQT/CRACS dated July 6, 2016 of the Company's Board of Directors.
- In December 2016, Cam Ranh International Airport Services Joint Stock Company successfully conducted the second capital increase from VND 30 billion to VND 60 billion to ensure working capital and medium and long-term investment capital by offering shares to existing shareholders.
- On November 29, 2016, the State Securities Commission issued notice No. 7763/UBCK-GSĐC on the cancellation of the Company's public company status on the grounds that the Company only had 94 shareholders as of July 28, 2016.
- In early August 2017, Cam Ranh International Airport Services Joint Stock Company successfully conducted the third capital increase from 60 billion VND to 80 billion VND
- On August 17, 2017, the Company officially became a public company according to Official Dispatch No. 5598/UBCK-GSĐC of the State Securities Commission.
