Establishment History:
- On May 28, 1999, the Company was established under Decision No. 876/QDUB of Hai Phong City People's Committee on converting the General Construction Enterprise under the Infrastructure Construction and Development Company into an Infrastructure Construction and Development Joint Stock Company, with a charter capital at establishment of 1,720,900,000 VND, total number of employees is 13 people.
- On March 25, 2003, the Company issued bonus shares from retained profits and issued additional shares to increase charter capital to 5,410,000,000 VND, registered additional industries: Construction and renovation of high and low voltage power grids to 35KV voltage, real estate and industrial park business, structural manufacturing steel, construction investment consulting and project supervision... the total number of employees of the Company is currently 210 people.
- The scope of operations and customer base is mainly in the Hai Phong area. Up to now, the Company has expanded to provide services to units in Quang Ninh, Vinh Phuc, Thai Binh, Ho Chi Minh City and western provinces such as Can Tho, Soc Trang, Ben Tre.
- July 7, 2005 The company officially registered to trade at Hanoi stock exchange center.
- On August 28, 2008, the Company was approved to list additional shares according to Decision No. 299/QD-TTGDHN dated August 28, 2008 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange Center.
