Establishment History
- Coma18 Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Ha Tay Electrical Mechanical Company, was established under Decision No. 471/QD-UB dated October 14, 1973 of the People's Committee of Ha Tay province, transferred to the Construction Mechanical Corporation under Decision No. 1750 QD/UB dated October 14, 1973 of the People's Committee of Ha Tay province. December 25, 2002 of the People's Committee of Ha Tay province and Decision No. 03/QD-BXD dated January 20, 2003 of the Minister of Construction.
- Business registration certificate No. 0500236860 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment for the first time on December 21, 2005, changed for the 13th time on April 21, 2014.
- The company changed its form of operation from a state-owned enterprise to a joint stock company from December 21, 2005 according to Decision No. 2102/QD-BXD dated November 11, 2005 of the Ministry of Construction.
- On July 19, 2011, the Company's shares were listed and traded for the first time at the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange with the number of listed shares being 12,000,000 shares according to notice No. 641/2011/TB-SGDHCM.
- On February 10, 2012, the listed and trading company issued 1,439,947 additional shares according to notice No. 39/2010/TB-SDGHCM\
- March 6, 2013 is the last registration date to finalize the list of shareholders to organize the 2013 annual shareholders' meeting
- On March 28, 2013, the 2013 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders was held.
